In your email please include the following:

• Your full name
• Postal address and best contact phone number
• Advise the item number for the candles you are ordering and the quantity
• Advise the details to appear on the front and back of your candles including the font type, font colour, motif and verse. Use the buttons above to make your selection. Don't forget to attach your motif, photo or verse in the email if you are providing your own.
• Some bomboniere sized candles can also fit a short verse. Just let us know what you would like on your candles and we will let you know if there are any space restrictions.
• For the base of pillar candles, only candle sizes 75mm x 225mm and 75mm x 270mm have organza satin edge ribbon. All other sizes have a printed decorative band to match the colour theme of your candles.
• Ribbon colours are available in white, gold, silver, red, burgundy, black, light blue, royal blue, light pink, dark pink, light purple and dark purple.
• Bomboniere Style 2 comes in your choice of organza bag colour. The colours available are white, gold, silver, light blue, light pink, light purple and burgundy. All other bomboniere candles in organza bags come in white only.
• All bomboniere candles which come in a clear bomboniere box with ribbon are available with ribbon colours in gold, silver, red, burgundy, light blue, royal blue, light pink, dark pink, light purple and dark purple.

Once you provide the details for your candles we will send you a invoice for the total amount with payment options. As soon as payment has been confirmed we will send you the artwork designs of your candles for approval. Work cannot commence on your candles until payment has been confirmed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your pillar candles to be made and posted. Bomboniere orders may take 3 to 4 weeks. If your order is needed at short notice, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Postage is an additional cost on your order which starts from $7 for regular post Australia wide. Orders of $250 or more receive free postage. Orders can be picked up from our studio at Emu Plains with no postage cost.
